Agave

Agave is a type of succulent plant that includes over 200 species. Agave nectar is a premium sweetener produced in Mexico, from several species of agave plants, including Agave Tequilana (also called Blue Agave). 10 ml MONIN Agave
10 ml MONIN Orange Curaçao
40 ml tequila
15 ml fresh lime juice
Combine ingredients in a shaker filled with ice cubes. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass rimmed with salt.

80 ml green apple juice
10 ml fresh lime juice
Ginger ale
Combine all ingredients except ginger ale in a tumbler glass filled with crushed ice. Top with ginger ale and serve with a lime wedge to be squeezed.

Almond/Orgeat

The almond is the fruit of the almond tree famous for bearing fragrant pink and white flowers. The flavour of sweet almonds is delicate and just slightly sweet. They are commonly used in confectionery baking and in marzipan, a traditional European and Mediterranean candy.

60ml Aged Rum
20ml MONIN Almond
20ml MONIN Orange Curacao
20ml fresh lime juice
Pour all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice cubes. Shake vigorously. Pour into a double old fashioned and garnish with a spring mint and a cherry.

15 ml MONIN Almond syrup
10 ml MONIN Cherry syrup
1 shot espresso
150 ml milk
Pour an espresso into a large cup and reserve. Steam MONIN syrup and milk together until mix foams. Pour mix over coffee. Serve

Amaretto

Amaretto is the italian for "a little bitter", indicating the distinctive flavour lent by the mandorla amara-the bitter almond. The similar consonance of amare and amore "love" is responsible for the associations with romance.
"Amaretto" has been known as a flavoured liqueur, which may or may not contain almonds. The liqueur is primarily made from apricot pits, and may contain other spices and flavourings.
MONIN Amaretto is a great alternative to the similar tasting liqueur, offering exceptional versatility.

25 ml MONIN Amaretto syrup
40 ml bourbon
1 double espresso
fresh cream
Steam MONIN syrup and bourbon. Cover up with coffee. Top with fresh cream.

Anise

Anise is an annual herb native of the Mediterranean region, identified by its distinctive, sweet liquorice-like flavour. It is one of the oldest known spices used for its aromatic, medicinal and magical qualities. In ancient times, anise was used to prevent nightmares and ward off the evil eye. Luckily, we have more flavourful uses for it today. People all over the world enjoy the flavour of anise in food and candies. It is a fragrant component of the French anisette liqueur but it is also delicious in coffees and teas. 10 ml MONIN Anise syrup
15 ml MONIN Peach liqueur
50 ml gin
cranberry juice
1/2 lime cut into quarters
Muddle lime with MONIN syrup and liqueur. Fill the glass with crushed ice and add the gin, stir well. Top with cranberry juice. Garnish with cranberries and an anise star.

Apple Green

Green apples feature a light, bright green colour, though some may have a pink blush. They are crisp, juicy, tart – sweet apples, which are excellent for both cooking and eating raw. The most known green apple variety is the Granny Smith, said to have originated in Australia. 180 ml milk
1 espresso

Banana Green

Bananas are always picked green. As they turn yellow, they ripen on the way to market. Green bananas are fruits which have not had time to get ripe and to turn yellow. Green bananas have a "green" taste somewhat like kiwi. They are slightly sweet and starchy.
